MyCheckPal does not require account creation. No email address or personal identifier is collected by MyCheckPal. All user data — including profiles, health planning information, risk factors, chronic conditions, follow-up items, reminders, notes, and attached records — is stored locally on the user's device only. MyCheckPal does not operate servers that store user health data. If the app is deleted or the device is changed without a backup, data cannot be recovered.Personalized Recommendations
MyCheckPal may use information such as age, sex, country, selected preferences, and health-related inputs provided by the user to generate personalized screening and follow-up recommendations based on public health guidance. This processing occurs entirely on the device and is not transmitted to MyCheckPal or any third party.Subscriptions and Payments
MyCheckPal offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (Plus, Family, and Max plans) processed entirely through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscription length is annual and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment information is handled by Apple or Google and is never collected or accessed by MyCheckPal.Advertising
We do not use personal health information for advertising purposes.Third-Party Services
MyCheckPal uses Sentry, a third-party crash reporting and diagnostics service, to improve app stability. Sentry may collect limited technical data such as device type, operating system version, app version, and crash-related diagnostic information. This data is not linked to any personal identity and is not used for tracking or advertising purposes.
User-Initiated Data Sharing
If the user chooses to export, share, or send a report or record, the related information may leave the device as part of that user-initiated action.Permissions
The app may request permissions such as notifications, photo access, or file access only to support app features selected by the user.Data Deletion
Users can permanently delete all app data and profiles directly within the app via Settings > Delete Data > Delete All Data. Since MyCheckPal does not maintain server-side accounts, all data is removed upon local deletion.Medical Disclaimer
